How could something like this be put together?

I see many posts on here of people offering writing services, and social bookmarking services, and other things for xx amount per post and so on.

I have a business in the real world, and I have been dangling with the idea of offering a service where I add people on myspace for local businesses and possibly even create their myspace page as well.

While I have complex thoughts on this, I have been thinking of putting together some type of package for either a local business, or maybe even for websites on the internet that want more traffic.

Here are some of the initial services I am thinking of:

    - add people on myspace, facebook, friendster, etc
    - add friends on youtube, make comments, etc
    - post in forums
    - submit urls to social bookmarking sites and directories
    - what else?

What are the viabilities of making $400 or more per week doing something like this if the work was quality and time based?

I live in an area where I could hire people to do the work as well, as long as I had clients that paid timely.

Any ideas, suggestions, criticisms, or deviations on this?

Also, while my brain is still working, I would like to lay out some other possibilities for consideration.

I would like to do work at the local level with small businesses.

I have considered shooting custom advertising videos for businesses, which could be placed on youtube, myspace, etc, etc.

Part of this would also be having local businesses cross promote one another, by allowing other businesses to put videos on each other's sites. (as long as they are not competing businesses)

    That is one aspect.

The aspect I am most interested in is building up myspace pages for businesses, because many do not have the time or knowledge to either:

    A: create the page
B: promote the page (adding people)

So, my struggle is figuring out an acceptable rate, not only for businesses, but for myself, to charge to add people.

Myspace only allows 500 people to be added daily. At .10 per person, that would be $50 per day! At .05 per person, that would be $25. And at .01 per person added, that would only be $5 per day, and NOT worth my time.

Now, if I could use one of the "friend adder" programs, that could be a differing story. However, I want to do things in a legitimate fashion, and I do not want to build up a myspace page for someone...............for it to be shut down!

I don't know if anyone is doing anything like this currently, or maybe thinking of offering services like this, but any additional input you guys and gals could add would be fantastic.

I doubt many businesses would be interested in youtube commenting etc, unless they are really techie ones like pc repair but they will be so untargetted its basically totally useless.

However I think maybe myspace/email newsletter building would be useful. Aiming at the local targetted market. So for a games store aim it at teenagers and make them account on myspace and then use the auto adder and set them up a mailing list.

Forums/social bookmarking is relatively pointless, how many people are local etc and would be interested in the business/service?

    True.

But I would like to combine a local approach with an online approach so I can serve people outside of my geographic area as well.
