    Im having that same problem, you could add a crdit card or bank account and your sending limit will raise. For some reason it ownt let me add my credit card though some I am contacting paypal now, hopefully I will get some help. I have alot of money in mine but cant use it.

    u just recieved paypal but u cannot accept until u verified.That y ur balance still zero. u must add credit or debit card for verify.. but, maybe take long time.. i can help u verify in a few day if u want.. PM me.

    Simple. Like the rest said, just get your account verified and you can get your money. If you signed up the account whilst complying to the TOS you agreed upon, you should not need to worry about verification as it does not cost you anything and provides you with all the benefits of a Paypal account.

    You can easily verify your account using VCC. I was having same problem and got verified status with VCC within 10 mins.

    VCC=Virtual Credit Card..You can use it to verify your PP account.Usually it costs around $20

    The best option would be to go to your bank and get a real international credit cards. You be sure they will continue to work in the future.

    If you are going to verify with VCC then dont worry about the name. Main thing is that you will get, VCC NO, Expiry date and 3 digit pin and confirmation number.

    Do you need a verified account to transfer funds? - I'm asking this as a freind of mine is having trouble with sending money...as a couple days ago, I transferred $70 into his account. If so, I'll look into this VCC stuff.

    sorry If I missed something but your sending limit is 0$ bcos you have already spent 100$ < initial limit on un-verified accounts > or you are having 0$ as sending limit < from creation of account which is weird >.
    If you have already spent 100$ then you need to verify the account to lift the sending/withdrawal limits .
    Add CC / bank account .. people also use VCC to get there accounts verified < but I wont recommend them > . good luck ..!!

    There is nothing wrong using vcc..
    Who ever say VCC are not good for Paypal then they should ask this question to paypal Why u guys are working on the Project Paypal virtual cards..
