how could i post a article on my google blog

    If you are referring to the fact on posting to the Google Blog, then you cannot, because there, the posts are made by google employees.
    If you are referring on how to make a post on Blogger, than that is quite easy. First you need to create a blogger account here: blogspot.com and you will be redirected to a screen after on creating a post.
