    I think you have an interesting topic, just ad more content, maybe more photos and a little less obvious advertising.

    I agree with Exploring87, less ads. Might even consider a responsive template so you can use it on a mobile device better.

    You have a PR1. I think its great but follow the less obvious advertisement advice. Also, I can't see any targetted keywords and you also haven't used any other tags other than h1. Incorporating these small changes would be helpful.

    But, if you're waiting something from your website. Make it right. Forget MS FrontPage. It's past. Create your website with WordPress CMS and with cool theme and welcome to future.

    You'll have better SEO results, you'll have 1000000+ plugins to install to improve your website....

    I agree about losing the advertising. you can also invite members at a later date to try these things out otherwise it looks too much like a landing page.

    focus on the issue and then present yourself as the cure.

    I have reviewed your website and find that your website traffic has dramatically dropped since november 2010. Now you have zero traffic.....Is i am right ?

    Thanks for your thoughts so far. I have removed one ad block in response to the "less ads" comments.

    As regards h2 tags - their are 5 on the homepage

    As for keywords I was hit by Penguin and Panda and one thing I did was lowered my keyword density (although to be honest it wasn't high in the first place!)

    In regards to traffic - it get about 3,000 visitors per month.
    It was 10 times that amount before Mr Panda and Mr Penguin came along - I now get very little Google traffic - mainly Yahoo and Bing
