    Try Fiverr.com or send a message to the YouTube account where the video is and ask where they got the video from.

    I would say Fivver would be your best bet. There are tons of people on there that could do it for you. It's only $5 and if you were to spend money on a software program to make it, it would cost a lot more than that.

    Fiverr or Odesk are great resources. There are also video editing courses available online if you want to learn how to do it yourself. The cheaper way is outsourcing, however.
