How could I create a page something similar to this

    Hi All,

    Does anyone know how to create a page that looks similar to this:

    ( I am after the bottom part of this page where there are 3 columns with three pics)

    I need just html ...it wont be in wordpress.

    This would be a cheater way to do it without css, just html..or you can make an image divider that repeats on y..
