How many articles are you talking? Are you looking for a way to dump a bunch of text files into a program and have it cycle through them to check google for duplicates? If so.. I don't have anything in mind off the top of my head, but I'll PM you if I come up with something.

If you're talking about an article or two at a time, here's what I'd do:

Take what you would consider to be a unique section of content (like a sentence) out of the article, and put it in quotes in google search. This will show you results of that *exact* string as found on other pages. If none are found, there are no duplicates. When I say unique, I mean a piece of sentence that you're pretty sure nobody else would have written.

For example, if I wanted to see if there were any duplicates of your post on any other forums, I'd isolate "i wanna whether is there any tool that can check the articles". Now don't get after me, but clearly the grammar is off, and that's what makes that phrase unique, I know there is a small chance that the exact same phrase *should* be anywhere else, and I was spot on, check the screen shot below.

Enjoy and let me know if you need any further help. :)

copyscape is better way.. Although you can make some trick to not to show in copyscape.
Another way is Copy the article(ctrl +C) and paste and in Google Search. It display the search and highlight the word which posses same sentence/word and let you kno..

Copyscape is definitely the best way to check for duplicate content, although sometimes I'm sure it's not 100%, it's the best that's available for free.

Yes copyscape is the best site to check duplicate content but you can also try some other sources like Plagiarism . com, copy catch, article checker . com. All these sites are good for copyright checking.
