It seems to vary quite a bit. Also, I have noticed that on days when CPC is low it seems to be low no matter what page the ad was clicked on. This does seem quite unusual.
My CTR is pretty consistent. It may vary by like only 0.20% from day to day. However, this last week for me has been very nice. I've seen a big improvement in CTR.
I have a variation of about 0.8% depending on the day. My weekends actually tend to have a better CTR.
CTR on one of my sites went up from around 3.5-4% to more than 7% for let say last 15 to 20 days. I didn't change anything on the site I just spend some more time promoting that site. After that traffic and ctr went up significantly.
Depends... If I advertise my site around the web I'll go down to the 2-3% mark but if I just let my traffic come naturaly from google annd what not it's more around 5-8%
mine always ends around 3% i have 2 sites that i'm waiting to be indexed, those should be better since my main sites are geared for people who typically do not click on ads anyhow.
Perhaps people should specifiy whether they are talking about Page CTR, Ad Unit CTR, or Ad CTR. That makes a huge difference.
