How Comme More Dont Use The REP System?

How come more of the users on this forum don't use the REP system? I mean shouldn't it be a rule of thumb if anybody helps or answers ones questions they should get some rep for it?

I am going to start giving rep to everyone who has something good to say and I hope you all will do the same to everyone who helps you and who says helpful things!

I want to get my rep up so I am hoping I can plant the seed that starts the REP! Lets become to first forum to use the most REP ever! People don't use it on other forums either!

Good threads/post get repped but yes response is less - I agree

well, I agree a lot use it but not many compared to the member count. I just want to get it rolling I hope this thread will do that. I'm throwing rep your way!

 

Some are just to lazy. Some members that have been here for sometime always give rep for good posts.

I think people are too lazy to add rep points.
But I think this should change, i'm one of these people too.
