If you so sure, then how come you didn't ban me permanently for "Duplicate Account"?

    Lack of evidence?

Your Duplicate account would be permanently banned. Your original account can receive a ban from 3months-Permanent depending on some factors like how many accounts you had and what you used them for.

Duplicates are banned permanently. Original accounts are generally 3 months, but that's extended for every additional duplicate until it's essentially permanent.
