webtoolsite . com has just 22 incoming links and that too not from higher PR pages, so how come this website has PR6 ?
I know these people very well. They are fraud. Their modus operandi is simple. they pickup a well known common keyword, then they pickup a domain name with the same keyword in it. If the domain name for that keyword is already registered then they go for alternative TLD domains.E.g. if .org is registered then they get .net etc. By virtue of popularity of that keyword they get high PR. Another method is to redirect a domain. One more method is to go after expired domains. But at some point of time they go bust and after few months they are back again. They are sick netizens who are after your money so better keep urself away from them. They also misuse your e-mail. If by chance you have contacted them for any of their so called PR6 domain they will keep spamming you with such e-mail at regular intervals.

I can't wait for the day when you string together 15 words or more in a post, I will make some Sandwiches, a flask of Coffee and sit here patiently! I am surprised with the technology today that they can get away with this and feel sorry for those who buy links from these sort of sites thinking they will help them.
