How come waters appears to be above?

    Dunno why but when i went to the beach... i noticed that the water actually are above the whole town... but how come nothing is happening, like a tsunami...etc

    Either this is a bad joke, or he's really dumb lol..

    Look at the sea, it appears to be 'towering' above the people etc, it's just the camera angle though.. Of course the water isn't 'above' the town really.

    the person who took this photo is on their ass, or its on a tripod. the shot was taken from a low angle.
