ROFL...he could have just used a simple html code to prevent mouse highlighting and copy paste, and no one would have noticed. :)

And it's at the bottom of each page. You don't see that very often anymore.

Google isnt blacklisting them as they have tricks to avoid stuff like this, and hope that this gives them the advantage over other search engines. They 'try' not to have their results influenced with this tricks, but still index those sites.

Google's algo isn't smart enough yet. The algo works correct 70% or 80% of time. A small percentage of spammy sites could rank well, and a small percentage of high quality sitess will always get hurt.

With good CSS you can trick any search engine. Google isn't that smart after all :-P I really don't like people doing that though because it prevents quality sites from showing up in the higher ranks since they normally don't use any tricks at all.

You can always report it to google. I woudlnt' have even noticed it if you hadn't pointed it out, as all the content i would think to look for is above the fold.

    Java isn't javascript.

And that wouldn't work either, all someone would have to do would have CSS diabled, or view the source.

I have reported my competitors site :) They are using keyword spamming on almost all there pages, google hasnt bothered to remove it from there index. They are still placed 1 and 2 for a highly competitve keyword.
