How come some sites still have google pack referral buttons?

    I did like 200-500 refs a month but mine got retired and my competitions still going strong. What gives? Is there some way to get a button for my site? Any help would be more than welcome.

    Adsense referrals are over I guess..maybe those site owners have not updated the site and thus still those are showing on the website!!
