How come Infolinks can use Adsense for search?

    You know Infolinks...

I thought linking to Adsense For Search pages is against the TOS but these guys have a successful business just linking to Adsense for search pages. They don't even have advertisers. They just send users to their custom search.

How come Google allow them do that? Can we do the same thing?

I'm wondering about the same! Infolinks is just acting like a parasite by showing google custom search pages...
i understand how they can give a better epc than kontera if they get a fat epc from google adsense search!

I could build my own script to do the same...

So anybody knows if that's allowed by adsense? or if infolinks is abusing the tos?

sometimes adsense signs private agreements with very large companies like this and display different ads and and use different TOS!

something we can all notice is how ezinearticles.com show like 5 separate boxes of adsense on one article page when we are only allowed to show 3!!! the answer is because they sign separate agreements and most large websites like this have an adsense manager assigned specifically to their account

but is linking to prefilled adsense custom serach pages within normal tos?

if it's allowed, then I'd rather make my own script and cash in the whole money rather than letting infolinks sucking my money like a parasite...

so any idea if this is within the normal tos?

I don't know if it's allowed according to Google Adsense but in any case I agree with Qbar- what's the point in having an ad network on your site if it leads to another ad networks? It's god damn ridiculous and it's taking away money from the publisher.

I stopped with Infolinks because they kept sending my site visitors to nowhere relevant.

Wow I just asked this a good while ago and only a few people were interested. Think about it if they have such an agreement with this parasite company, isn't it a proof that Google is corrupt?

If I were to link my keywords to my adsense for search channel I could earn at least 5 times more than my current adsense revenue. But I KNOW if I do it, they are either gonna ban me or just drop my per click revenue to 0.001. I wonder how people still think Google is not corrupt!

Sometimes I'm afraid using Infolinks on my blogs maybe against Google's TOS but I can still use them together. I wonder though how this is possible.

Any news on this subject? I'm very concerned about this. I like using Infolinks, but I do not want my Adsense account banned.

I already emailed Infolinks about it, but their response was evasive - and we all know that Adsense's response will be even more.
    :(
