    + rep is when you click on the scales to the right of your username and then choose approve and sign it and click submit. The more rep points you have the more green blobs you get.

    It's a way to stop the scamming, it's not fool proof but it's better than nothing.

    It prevents scamming, spamming, and useless posts. People who work for 25 posts are more likely to really want to be part of the community.
