There was a site that i used to check, azoogle or neverblue maybe? They used to list their advertisers and you could check them out without joining. I don't know anything about cpa, but am curious and trying to learn a little about it. It makes it very hard if i have no clue who the advertisers are and what the offers are. Is there anyone that shows that to non-members? Maybe the place i used to check still does it and i just can't find it.
Any and all affiliate networks will show you details about the programs before joining. People on this forum seem to like Azoogle a lot, but honestly any affy network / CPA network will allow you to see the site details (payout, threshold, ect) before sign up.
