How come I can't create a new thread in services?

    I've been a registered member for a while and I haven't signed on in a few weeks. I'm not sure if there's a new rule somewhere, but i'm not able to create a new thread under the services section.

    Any idea?

    Assuming you meet all the requirements, wait an hour forCRON job to run. CRON job only checks priviledges on active members so if you have been inactive it would not check your eligibility.
