How come I can't create a Design contest in Buy, Sell or Trade?

    I've been a registered member for a while and I haven't signed on in some time.
    I'm not sure why, but i'm not able to create a new design contest in Buy, Sell or Trade section.

    Help please ...Any idea?

    one more question ...
    If i buy Premium membership (1 month recuring), do i need to renewe it every month although I do not want to?

    If you only want it for 1 month I believe you would need to cancel it in your paypal account before the next months subscription is due.
