    last couple of days the wind chill has kept it around 0 degrees Fahrenheit, not to mention the back to back snow storms we got that left about 18 inches of snow on the ground. and across the street a recent ice storm has left a rather large branch hanging on the power wires, just waiting for them to break from the weight of it.
