how closely does google adsense pay attention to your website?

    Its your risk to take, but I personally wouldn't do it. Why risk the money you're already making by doing something that could possibly cause you to lose your current income stream.

    I can't believe the number of people saying you can do it if it's on non Adsense pages. If you are not allowed to link to an adult site it's pretty obvious you can't have adult pages on your site since by the very nature of a website you will be linking to them!
