I have noticed that the pay is not very consistent.
For example, one day my site gets about 600 impression a day with 4 clicks, I got paid $1.50, another day, I got 800 impression with 6 clicks. It only gave me $0.72. How is it possible? Any thought on that?

The CPC is defined by the advertisers at Adwords i think. Then Google takes their share and gives the rest to the publishers.
    Correct me if i'm wrong

On my site with metawords, can I dictate what adwords to serve on my site? For example, my site is investment, I only want trading in it, not bank? Is it possible? Thanks.

    Don’t stress over it!
The whole thing is designed with enough randomizing to make it impossible to be sure.
You can always work on improving and fine tuning, but you will always be guessing.
So, experiment, and experiment combined with a little more experimenting will do the trick.
