Let's say I have an affiliate offer. And I steal my competitor's keywords.
How do I use it to make money?
    Thanks.

Take the same offer as your competitor is promoting - join the same network and run, run, run... You'll have a chance to make money :)

KeywordSpy and other "spy tools" are for wimps who can't set up a campaign of their own. Don't go there . . .

Take the keywords, build a campaign, bid at least $2.00 for each keyword so you will rank higher than him...

Then sit back, grab a beer and watch the profits roll in... well trickle in but hopefully your bank account will drain quickly though.

Stealing is for 4 year olds who don't know any better. Grow up!

Wrong, why reinvent the wheel, if you can reverse engineer a competitors campaign or maybe even make it better, then by all means do it. Its smart and a great way to get things started.

This is a dog eat dog world and only the best survive, you better believe copy cats are a dime a dozen and you ideas will be stolen quickly if easily learned.

Use common misspellings and kw with lower traffic / higher conversion rates.
I find I get higher conv. rates when I raise the bidding price at times with mid-level impression rates.

I always aim for kw with a 2.0% conversion rate and found a free beta to optimize the text @ ispionage.com.

Ummm, then why did you not ask "your friend" in the first place if he makes 10k/mo with it?!

Correction: your friend "steals" 10k/month by exploiting the hard work of real marketers. Tell him Masterful said that he's a wimp. :D
