How can you tell which term somebody searched on to click your advert?

How do we add the searched keyword to the URL? Is there are an equivalent of {Keyword} that Google Adwords employs?

I know you can enable tracking URLs with Yahoo Overture, but was wondering if there was a simple code we could ammend to the URLs.
