How can you tell when there will be a PR update on a site?

    I agree with the above post. The easiest way is to just watch forums and see what other users are saying. Typically around the time there is a PR update, there will be a barrage of posts with people either jumping for joy, or talking about finding a tall building to jump off because either their pr went up or down. If their seeing activity, you most likely will as well.
