I have a campaign that's serving ads to Google search and the content network. How can I tell which clicks came from where?

In analytics, they are labeled differently.

In adwords, go into your campaig, then into your adgroup. The "summary" tab shows the difference.

just click on the campaign then the adgroup and at the bottom it will say "Google Searched(or something like that)" and "Content Network" and it will give you the impressions and clicks.

You really should have the Search and Content Networks in seperate campaigns. They work completely differently - with the Search Network you are selecting the keywords to bid on, but with the Content Network you are, in effect, describing your business (or target website) to Google.

Your keywords should be different, grouped differently, with different matching types, different bids (since the traffic is generally less valuable from the Content Network) and usually different adverts (since with the Content Network, the user isn't actively seeking your product/service, so your pitch needs to be different).
