How can you prove to G that your innocent?

If you are banned let's say for invalid clicks and G disabled your account, how can you prove to them that you're innocent. What if you don't have any click/visitor logs? What if you made a mistake and clicked on your own ad by accident and didn't knew about it? Will you just have to report every paranoia?

What if you're a moron who tried to cheat the system? How do you prove to Google that you've suddenly become more intelligent?

I read a news article today that they have set-up three trial centers (two in Canada and one in the US) for re-instatement of G Adsense accounts and for the un-banning of sites. Information is sketchy right now but it supposedly involves you attending in person, paying a non-refundable fee of $45.00 and filling out a slew of forms and actually taking a polygraph test.

Check out the link here www.igotscrewed.google.com

Or you can just Paypal me $22.50 and I will listen to your story and try and make you feel better :)

    Good Luck.

The second issue if you were not the one creating the fraud, then who was?

Most fail to see that getting suspended doesn't mean you are the one clicking the ads, it means that there is a patern with your site that leads them to believe that the click traffic is not valid.

You have to think of the big picture. The issue isn't that they loose publishers, the ussue is that they loose advertisers over these events.

Well stated ServerUnion. I quit using the Content Network with AdWords because click fraud was (and still is) out of control. Google doesn't want more publishers to walk away from their advertising programs because of fraudulent publishers.

Nope. And I'm not accusing you of not cheating either.

But somebody was doing something wrong. There are numerous posts like yours in various forums. I have yet to see a substantiated claim that Google cancelled someone's AdSense account when there was no fraudulent or otherwise mischievous activity or some other violation of the ToS involved.

    Addendum
I saw this after I replied:

    Very well put!

LOL, oh my...that IS a funny portrait of this young lad.

You don't get banned or kicked off just for a single click. How many times did you click on it? Over 10 is not an accident....

I had read so many scary stories so I decided I had to free myself from easy earning adsense. It took me a long time to manage to get more from other source than google.
If it wasn't because of this "innocent banning stories" I would have earned enough to quit my job and ... .

Just if there wasn't any bad people in the world ...
