How can you make a subpage not overlap a main page?

    Lets say that my main landing page is optimized for:

    Tin Robots
    Shiny Tin Robots
    Collector Tin Robots


    But then I want to also optimize for

    Antique Collector Tin Robots.

    Is it wise to great a subpage optimized for this long tail term?

    Or will it clash with my main page?

    ---

    Also -- is there an example of a PERFECT example of an on-page SEO setup?
    I'd love to see it.

    make the keyword for "Antique Collector Tin Robots" in Antique Tin Robots, sometimes even if we think that we're using the right keywords, bots think that it could be some kind of KW stuffing... I have seen it on some other website...

    So if we have many subpages that are off shoots of our main page's terms, this is a bad thing?
