How can you have Google’s attention when you need it?

My three Blogger blogs were infected by malware suddenly on Monday, and the last one on Thursday. I sent two messages to Google, but I feel like a drop in the ocean… nobody answers. Nobody advised me or explained me anything.

I’m sure that this was an attack from my competitors, but I don’t think that Google cares about finding out why suddenly these blogs that provided useful information to the public concerning mental health, and self-help, could suddenly be infected at the same time.

Blogger is another chaotic place… how can I find help?

    Thank you!

    Christina

Google takes its own time to respond to your query (if at all you are lucky enough) given the extreme load it handles on a day-to-day basis. That could be one of the reasons to have your own site / blog and have it hosted...

Yes, I know that Google delays, and that I should host my blogs in my own domain, but I was using Blogger because it helps the blogs’ ranking and my blogs have very good content, they are very helpful for the public, and Google should love them…

I’m going to host my new blog in my own domain now, but I’m trying to discover a way to recuperate the old ones. Thank you!
