I recently bought a small blog with all the contents in it already and when I further investigate the contents and navigate through the admin, I notice the plugin Uniquefier. At first, it looks good but then when I look at the source code, I notice a series of numbers instead of the actual words or the full contents of the blog page. It has a very long series of random numbers. I was building some links to my other sites when I notice those anchor text links are nowhere to be found. My question now is, does it really have any effect or is it good for SEO? Or shall I continue using this or simply take out? Any comments and advice is much appreciated Thanks JulieV
Use the tools you need to rank your site. It's not black hat in my opinion. May be copyright infringement though if you're using someone else's content.
My point is that the content is strictly legal as these are submitted by other people. But my concern is that the content is replaced with a series of numbers instead of the real words. is there someone here who really knows about it or have used the Word press plugin? Thanks JulieV
