They won't listen to you, no matter how much you email them.
Once banned then forget it.

 

That's my understanding too. Once you're banned, you can pretty much forget about reapplying. I only know of one case where a publisher was reaccepted, and that was only because a very high profile publisher stepped in on her behalf, and personally contacted someone at AdSense, and got her reinstated.

The only way to sneak back in is to change your address, change your name, and change your tax filing identification.

Try to create a new ID on adsense with new payee name and address also also keep one thing in your mind that your IP are not same.

 

Reapply and use different address but same city or district town as you can not change that in some countries. Use Adsense on site on which you never used your previous adsense account and try to build unique content
