    Alexa is probably the most popular and widely used service for tracking popularity (not actual traffic stats, just popularity)

    alexa is displaying Non country sites. I mean sites like youtube.com rapidshare.com etc in the top 100 country specific site list.

    Should be able to sort by country in alexa. I know that it shows the percentage of visitors from each country when you check a site's stats.

    There are always a list named "top 100 website of **".
    I suggest you Google with the keywords.
