How can website A rank better than website B (mine)?! SEO Joke

    Hello Forum,

    Was just checking the google ranks of my website: Dota2Hook.de under the Keyword = Dota 2.

    So in google.de i am somewhere on the top. Thats nice

    but then, i checked google.at

    and i am on page 2. Its not thaaad bad, but its not gr8 either.

    So i check who is infront of me, and there is a page Dota2beta.net who is really far on the top.

    Ok so now my problem ( SEO Wise).

    This page has:
    NO GERMAN CONTENT
    NO CONTENT AT ALL
    ONLY A SPAM/ PLEASE REGISTER BLABLABLA Money site

    how the hell does it rank that well on google.de/at after that huge changes google was making in the past year.

    Its really wondering me, so please explain it to me ;P
