How can we send a common mail to all forum members ?

    We have started a small forum site about two weeks back (www.rocobaroco.co.cc). This is first time experience, and there are a lot of questions to be asked by the noob :p

    One of the things that I would like to know is that, if we want to send a common mail to all the members, do we have to use some software for it, or it can be send directly, w/o any additional software :confused:

    BTW, its a free site on a free hosting (as we are just experimenting ATM), with PHPBB3.

    So, how can we send the mail thingy ? Pls advice.

    Go to the Administration Control Panel of your forum -> System tab -> Mass e-mail

    thanks for ur reply, but i am getting following message, whev i click on system tab :

    The operation could not be completed because the fsockopen function has been disabled or the server being queried could not be found.


    can u advice on how to fix it :confused:
