How can we place ads after the search bar in a forum (phpbb)

We would like a setting like when a user searches for something suing the search bar of our forum, the google ads gets displayed prior to the actual search results.

Pls let us know if this is allowed and if yes then how can this be done in a phpbb3 forum. (step by step procedure will be appreciated)

try editing template style

 

It should be somewhere in the template indeed. Just open the files with Notepad and look for some <div> of the search bar and place it behind.
