If you mean monitoring of traffic, keywords, crawler etc than you should go with Google webmaster tools and Google analytic to check all those thing related to your website. but for the ranking or backlink you check it through various tools. for me I check rank manually and for checking backlinks just search for link:http: //www . yourdomain. com
