How Can We Know How Much Refunds A Product Is Facing ? For example if i decide to promote a CB product 'A', then how can i determine that how many customers are asking for its refund (as most of them have a money back gaunrentee)
Check the "Earned per sale" statistic. If a product costs $100 and the earned per sale is showing $50, it's likely got a 50% refund rate
That wont work if the product has changed its price in the past or if a publisher is selling multiple products at different prices from the same account. Otherwise, it will work.
Pardon my ignorence, but where can we locate this "Earned Per Sale" statistics ? From what i can see, a CB prodcut shows the following : $/sale: $21.49 | Future $: - | Total $/sale: $21.49 | %/sale: 50.0% | %refd: 5.0% | grav: 3.24 The above stats are for a particualr product, but i cant see anything like "Earned Per Sale" here. So, where exactly can we locate it ?
Take the product sale price and multiply by .925 then subtract $1. Then multiply by the % of sale. That should give you something close to $/sale. If $/sale is much lower than your calculation, then there is a possibility that the product has high refunds. As Swerd said, however, there are many other factors that are not related to refunds that can create the same outcome.
