first you need to check that your site is listed in Google and then how many pages?...if those are okay then next question is competitiveness of your niches

Get more and more relevant back links to your site, hope this would be help you lot.

 

First do keyword research then start getting quality and relevant back links, use one way directories, social media, article directories, find your competitors there many tools available now find what Inbound Links are appearing and see what they have done to get on top 10, they are best answer and just 100x better and better approach.

 

Google accepts only quality backlinks. so you can focus on quality back links not quantity. I would prefer forum signature, blog commenting, articles and social networking can increase your page rank & boost your SERP.. .Do provide appropriate link to get qaulity back link. Dont spam on blog while doing comment posting on it.

 

Totally bullshit. Google accepts low quality links too. I (and many other people) have ganerated 100.000s links using co-op, lv, thx and I have 1st position on many, many heavy keywords.

IMO 1 relevant link = ~10 unrelevant links.
To get 10.000 relevant links is very, very hard.
To get 100.000 unrelevant links is more possible.
