Just look at the source code and search for rel="nofollow" tags
    Press Control+F to search.

The plugin works great because it highlights all NoFollow links if you choose that option. This saves you a lot of time and takes away the guessing work.

there are a lot of tools online and that can be bought, if you don't want to go that way you can always do the long but sure method like doing a wildcard search for blogs and looking at the comments in their in the view source code of your browser to see if they are tagged as no follow. works like magic but with a lot of time and effort needed.

if you ask me most of these tools don't work 100% accurate so I steer away from them
