I was just looking at this myself. There's an excellent post on StackExchange that covers this: http://wordpress.stackexchange.com/...registration-form-in-front-end-of-the-website Basically, there's a special form you need to include in your page HTML. Make sure it has the right "name" and "id" settings and the correct method set, and you're done. Easy peasy. That's all you need to do, unless you're customizing it as well. (The Codex has the basics of that, as usual: https://codex.wordpress.org/Customizing_the_Registration_Form)
If you want to use it for CRM-purpose then look at the plugin from ZOHO and look at zoho.com. I think it looks very promising and as long as you have from 1-3 employers you can work for free
