There are a few ways, the most basic is to view the webpage's source and do a search for nofollow, if a link is nofollow it will say before the link. If you are using FireFox you can download an add on called SEO Quake and in the options turn on a feature that will highlight nofollow links in red. Hope this helps

No follow are still good links they just dont count for pr. Lots of no follow ones have good traffic though so i would submit to both cant hurt just do it manually dont pay for that stuff never works. May take more time but be worth it in the long run.

    Look at the directory listings.

The easiest method is to install a browser plugin, such as SEOQuake, and set it to show nofollow. Keep in mind that there are several ways to inhibit spiders from crawling a link.

You must have a blend of no-follow and do-follow links. The do-follow links might give you more Pagerank juice, but on the other hand, the other links could bring you more clicks. Don't put too much emphasis on this, as the search engines change their ranking algorithm over time anyway.

The Google Chrome extension Nodofollow plugin can also help you to identify whether any link is followed or no-followed.
