how can upgrade window7 Ultimate OEM from Windows 7 home edition??

    hi,

    i'm using Dell XPS 16 and it's OS is windows7 home edition. i want to upgrade it to ultimate edition freely. i don't want to clean installation please any one guide me how can i do this...???

    You can use the windows anytime upgrade option , you basically have everything intact and you get upgraded , though its not free unless you go for warez lol.

    yes just pay Microsoft and they'll send you the file, then all you do is install it and there you have it, it should be as simple as that.

    its easy insert the win 7 home edition cd then follow the introductions.otherwise you can do it from an workshop i dont think so that they going to charge a lot

    yeah, just costly to purchase another window 7 home to install it. But i not encourage to do it unless you got specific usage needed from window 7 home

    for me i create a partition and i move my files , after that i clean the windows and install win 7 ultimate lol ,, good luck

    I don't see any reason for you to downgrade from Windows 7 Ultimate to Windows 7 Home Edition unless you'd want the technical support of the Windows 7 Home Edition NON-OEM type.

    My apologies I've overlooked his statement. Well go ahead and purchase Windows Anytime Upgrade Disk so that you'll be able to upgrade to ultimate but beware that WAU Disk so only an upgrade disc just in case your computer crash and needs to have a fresh install you cannot use the WAU disc but instead you need to have Win7 Home Edition first and then install the WAU or buy a full installation disc of Windows 7 Ultimate.
