how can this possibly be correct?

    I checked my adsense earnings today and saw this

    My channel 1 1 100.00% $97.00 $0.10


    if the epm is $97 why did i earn just $0.10?

    epm tells you that if you get 1000 pageviews and ctr & cpc is the same, you will make $97. Don't pay much attention to it, cpc (which depends on your niche) and ctr are more importrant attributes.

    If you have 1 impression, 1 click, and make 10 cents, you would have an ECPM of $100. But since you only got 1 click, you only got 10 cents. I think that math is right.

    Actually, the click was only worth $0.097 but the reports are only to two decimal places so the click rounds to $0.10 but the eCPM shows more "precision" so it's $97.
