how can this page get a PR2 ?

    Strange question.
    It has 13 dofollow links from wiki.answers.com different pages, and from the homepage also, this is enough actually :)

    It's a PR2 because the main domain is a PR7 and PR filters down through the pages from the homepage.

    Simple as that, no mystery.

    I guess if you read the white papers on how PR works and knew how many sites actually link to the page you could figure it out. Just because you "think" there are only 2 links, doesn't make that statement true.
