Yes, I supposed so, and that's why I was astonished to see it.

And don't worry, I have no intention of buying that, I just happened to come across it...:)

Buying that application.. is a ticket to being banned by Adsense.

Think this guy would be selling the process if he was not banned by adsense???

Automated processes are against Adsense T.O.S.

    Caveat Emporer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

it doesn't look like the person (aka the cunt) has been banned by adsense yet as far as i can see...

Because the STUPID CUNT has left a webpage in the images of the program

    http:// paypal . homepage24 . de/

and on this page are what?
Yep you guessed it, adsense ads, all be it mostly PSA's but theyre still adsense ads...

I give 2 weeks at most, then those will disapear

Assuming the thing works, it seems like your competitors could also use it to run a click attack against you to get you banned.

OK, if we could keep track of what happens it would be interesting to see how efficient they are @ Google banning someone violating the TOS and selling software to allow others to do the same, making a profit, compared to spam...

Now THAT should concern webmasters, in special those that get very few clicks with high value. (student loans and such).

What's to say this is even his site and that he even excuted the program? It would seem that he could have entered anyones url in there just for the screen shot.

I'm sure it works. They question is more, is it detectable by G? I can imagine it all depends on how greedy (often) you use the software.

Rofflemayo :p Of course it's detectable by Google, at least in the extent they talk about using it...they suggested getting 1000 clicks a day, which would mean one every minute & 26 seconds... I'm sure Google would never catch on with a pattern of a thousand clicks a day at 86 seconds apart :p If there's anything google is good at, it's looking for patterns (aka, the whole idea of search engines and SEO itself..)

The language makes me laugh though,
Besides, that would take a heck of a lot of unique proxy IP's in order to make any sort of undetectable proxy pattern, and then google detects a time-based pattern. Add to that these might be foreign IP clicks, and not only do you get banned, you get smart-priced first :p

Another thing that Google can see is your browser, screen resolution, OS version, etc. Virtually all programs/bots like this are simple Internet Explorer wrappers that take just hours to code (I coded a Myspace bot in 2 hours) Just because you're behind a proxy doesn't mean that Google will be fooled when every single click has these properties:

    Internet Explorer 6
    1024x768 24-bit Color
    Windows NT 5.1 (WinXP)
    etc.

I also wouldn't put it past Google to maintain a list of proxy IP addresses. It would be way too easy for Google to spot a program like this.

Another aspect of algorthimic equation is the ability to spot deviations from the norm quite easily.

The first algorithims that I was involved with were used to stem internal theft by looking at norms across the entire range of say 50,000 people and when large spikes occured outside the norms those were usually the people involved in theft, fraud or deception to the company.

    Samething would apply here

X amount of websites in Y category generate Z clicks

Variations to this would then likely send a report to a Google employee for human consideration.

This is the most practical and economical method for Google to maintain Adsense TOS... but it is in no way a perfect science as deviation standards would allow some to fly under the radar and still be effective and at times others who are innocent would be cast under the sphere of guilt.

I would also venture to guess this is how Google fights link spam in the organic results. ;)

    Peace
