How can this be done or is there code to do this

    Jpg images is sent to a ftp server each sender has a separte directory.
    On the server there must be software to show an overview of each directory eg how many images, source online and some more.
    A second screen/page should show each folders latest received image.
    When the operator selects a image he must have the following buttons, "CANCEL", "FOLLOW UP" or "CONNECT".
    Cancel removes the images from the new image list.
    Follow up moves it to a followup folder.
    Connect launches a RTSP realtime video feed to the source.

    Please I need some guidance on how to do this and hope to build some relationships so that we could get a project built.

    this can of course be done and isn't even particularly hard. you might want to put this up on a freelancer site and look for some good programmer.
