i am wondering how sites like megaupload divx youku loombo and the sites that are linking to their movies movies like watch-movies.net etc are operating ? or even sites like atdhe.net, iraqgoals.net etc that are linking to live streams with copyrighted content streamed at places like justin.tv ustream etc. how can they stay in buissnes and keep promoting copyrighted content to their visitors without being shut down ? what is behind this, where are they located ? what is their secret to stay out of trouble ?
megaupload is a 'locker' site, if you report a copy right infringement and it's worth their time they will remove it , they are not not responsible for what users upload to it . 2nd site sysops are smart their servers are located in places where net is relatively free yet from bribed politicians to even judicial systems from copy rights MAFIAA , that's a combo of RIAA/MPAAA they do get tons of notices and even get involved in law suits but then some one has to fight for a free net and sites like theses do. simple secret is look up into your own country's laws on various copy rights like for example Canadian laws though much strict on them are real easy on internet copy rights , which are digital that's why most of good private torrent trackers are hosted on Canadian servers as according to their laws they have understood the basic that torrent sites do not host the 'real files' on server but but index torrent files !! like google does !! their laws on steaming media are also much more different then state side. 2nd secret look for a hosting or d.c like CB3ROB which fight for their customers even on law suits and stupid legal threats they get . a good d.c plus a sound knowledge for your own laws is the way to survive on today's net where i guess even this post has become copy righted after posting by me but feel free to copy paste it any where i won't sue you
