    Monty I know that is where I found him on buy-selltextlinks.com.

    On this subject though, just out of curiosity, would a link from them help you in any way, in case that no SE notices the stealing of PR.

    Its a hypothetical question!

    No, it wouldn't help. Actually the page doesn't steal the PR, it's would be more accurate to say that the browser don't display the right PR.

    A link on this page will not pass any PR juice because the page on which your link would be has no PR.

    I reported him to backlinks.com and buy-selltextlinks.com. Nothing done yet. How can they allow such a thing to be posted on their site anyway?

    When I tried to sell links on TLA, they made checks for a month and waited for the next PR update as well before they let me in.

    Its easy.

    Redirect your site to google.com and wait for the PR update. Then turn off the redirect and you have PR10.
