How can someone sell this stuff online? Old basketball videos?

    I have a legal question. I know that Hubie Brown didn't approve this stuff and he has several old basketball videos online and sells them as dowloadable steaming videos.

    Just wondering how he legally does it? Fever River Productions has the old vhs videos that he is producing as streams.

    Any help?

    He may be doing it illegally and hasn't been caught. He may have made an agreement to be an authorized distributor and chooses to distribute via the web rather than by DVD. Whether or not he has Hubie Brown's personal approval may not matter. Hubie may very well not own the copyright to the material.

    Is he making the entire video availble, or just clips to let people know what they will be buying?

    If you read the site, once you purchase the package you get the videos by streaming them or downloading them from the site. He is not selling physical copies.
