how can search engies get that short description for the site ?

    yes but this way gives a very short description like the title link we click in google

    but i need the description under this link

    The title comes from the <title> tags and the description from the meta description. In some cases it will show a bit of relevant text from the document where it has the keywords you have entered into google

    If there's no relevant text in the <meta> description and other factors make them decide against picking up text from the <body> text, the search engines will also sometimes use the description from The Open Directory Project for the snippet. So if you see something mysterious in the snippet, check out the listing in the ODP.
